Strength in Body & Mind

As an anorexia and binge eating survivor and mum of two, I know how important it is for your physical and mental health to have a great relationship with food; this was something that no matter how hard I tried, evaded me for 32 years of my life!
I have starved myself to near hospitalisation and was miserable and ill, I have binged and been unable to stop and was miserable and ill.
Now I finally have a great relationship with food, I am smashing my goals and my body is thanking me for all the nourishment I am giving it and what's more.......I still eat chocolate, come on who wants to live without chocolate?!
This is why I am here today with my sustainable approach to help you fall in love with your body, nourish it correctly and you will flourish no matter what your body goals are!
