HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULARÂ TRAINER OR NUTRITIONIST?
I very must like to distance myself as much as possible with traditional "diet Culture" which I find can be very problematic for a lot if not most people. I support health at every size and reaching your goals in a gentle and sustainable way.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
All prices are individual depending on your level of support however, support with fitness and nutrition would be at a discounted rate than if you were to purchase seperately.
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
I personally prefer calisthenics so the equipment needed is minimal, just a pair of trainers and some stretchy clothes will suffice. With that being said any additional equipment I would recommend would all depend on your personal journey
DO YOU HELP ONLY WITH AESTHETIC GOALS?
Absolutely not, although I can 100% help you with any aesthetic goals you may aspire to I believe that focusing on non scale goals and victories is a much more mindful and sustainable approach.
I like to focus on functional fitness that will support your body as it supports you on your life journey.
