I can help you to create a healthful, happy and free relationship with food, the one YOU deserve and I can align this with your body goals.
Whether that be by a one of consultation to discuss how you can be more mindful with eating, whether you can to lose fat or get stronger and need support over a longer period of time, I can assist in a gentle way.
1-1 FUNCTIONAL FITNESS SUPPORT
As above your goal with regards to your fitness will be individual and the length of time you will need my support will vary also. I can programme weekly workout plans for you which you are going to be able to stick to,because after all what's the point in an exercise programme which you hate and are therefore never going to find time for. I very much advocate for the functional fitness approach in that working out should be about making your daily life better and more enjoyable so should work on cardiovasular fitness, strength and flexibility.
